How does the escrow process work for first orders?
For first-time buyers, we settle through an independent escrow service (Bitrated or equivalent). You wire funds to the escrow agent rather than directly to us. Once the hardware arrives and you confirm receipt, the escrow agent releases funds. Adds 1–2 business days to settlement; eliminates the up-front-deposit risk profile that plagues this industry.
What's your relationship with Bitmain, Canaan, and the other manufacturers?
None. We’re an independent reseller — not an authorized distributor or partner of any manufacturer. We source through established distribution channels and pass hardware through at a 1–3% margin over distributor cost. The trust we’re asking you to extend is in our operations, not in a manufacturer relationship we don’t have.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Standard freight insurance is included on orders of 1+ unit. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility — we provide the commercial invoice and HS codes you’ll need at clearance. Lead times vary by destination but typically 7–15 business days from order to delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
Wire transfer (USD), USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20), and BTC for small orders. Credit cards aren’t accepted at this margin level — the processing fees would consume the entire markup. For orders above 5 units, we can discuss custom payment terms during the quote workflow.
What's the warranty situation?
Each product page lists the manufacturer warranty period (typically 180 days from delivery for new units). RMA process: contact us with the issue and serial number, we triage and either ship a replacement part, repair the unit, or coordinate manufacturer return depending on the failure mode. Warranties are voided by liquid-cooling immersion (unless purchased as immersion-prepped), tampering, or operating outside published thermal limits.
Do you offer hosting?
We offer bundled hosting packages with our partner data centre for select models — see the hosted mining category. All-in rates of around £0.075/kWh including power, cooling, network, and uptime monitoring. Standalone hosting (without buying through us) isn’t something we offer right now.
Can I see the hardware before buying?
For local Singapore-area buyers, yes — we can arrange an inspection visit at our partner’s warehouse for orders of 5+ units. For everyone else, the practical option is requesting a video call where we walk through the specific unit you’re considering.
What if the hardware arrives damaged?
Document the damage at delivery (photos of packaging + unit, before unboxing further if possible). Notify us within 48 hours. Freight insurance covers in-transit damage; we coordinate the claim and ship a replacement. Damaged-in-use issues are handled under manufacturer warranty.
Do prices include taxes?
Prices on the site are pre-tax. Singapore-registered buyers with valid GST exemptions can claim those at order time. International buyers handle import duties at their own customs clearance.
