Refund and Returns Policy
Mining hardware is a high-value, low-margin business. Returns and refunds are handled case-by-case, governed by the framework below.
Order cancellation before shipment
Orders can be cancelled with full refund any time before the unit ships from our partner warehouse. “Shipped” means a tracking number has been issued. Cancellation requests must be in writing (email).
Damaged in transit
If your hardware arrives damaged, document the damage with photos at delivery and notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Freight insurance (included on all orders of 1+ unit) covers in-transit damage. We coordinate the claim and ship a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, full refund is issued once the carrier closes the claim.
Defective on arrival
If hardware fails on first power-up or within the manufacturer’s DOA window (typically 7–30 days depending on brand), notify us with: photos of the unit, serial number, and a description of the failure mode. We coordinate manufacturer warranty claim and ship a replacement. DOA replacements are at no cost to you.
Standard warranty failures
Failures within the manufacturer’s warranty period (typically 180 days from delivery) are handled under manufacturer warranty terms. Process:
- You contact us with the failure description and serial number.
- We initiate the manufacturer RMA process.
- You ship the failed unit to the designated repair facility (you cover outbound shipping; we cover return shipping for valid warranty claims).
- The unit is repaired or replaced and returned to you.
Warranty is voided by: liquid-cooling immersion of non-immersion-prepped units, tampering / firmware modifications, operating outside published thermal limits, and physical damage from drops or transport mishandling.
Buyer’s remorse / change of mind
We don’t accept returns for change of mind. Mining hardware depreciates rapidly (each new generation is more efficient than the last) and the resale market discounts unboxed-but-not-new units significantly. Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued in the same currency and method as the original payment, within 5 business days of the refund being authorised. Crypto refunds use the spot rate at the time of refund issuance — currency volatility is not absorbed by us.
Disputes
Order disputes are handled first by direct conversation with our team. If unresolved, our governing jurisdiction is Singapore.
